Description

Delayed Delivery Active:

Determine whether you want to utilize the delayed delivery shipping option.

Delayed Delivery Allowable Days:

Select the specific days of the week you want to allow delayed delivery.

Delayed Delivery Holding Order Status:

Select the order status that the delayed delivery cron will act on. It will stay in this status until the identified lead is met for that date. For example, Delayed Delivery.

Delayed Delivery Process Order Status:

Select the order status that the delayed delivery cron will result in. Once lead time has been met, the order moves from Delayed Delivery status to Ready to Process so that automation can initiate fulfillment.  For example, Ready to Process..

Delayed Delivery Exception Order Status:

Select the order status that the delayed delivery cron will be set for exceptions. Captures any delayed delivery orders that are unable to be fulfilled. For example, Delayed Delivery Exception.

Delayed Deliveries Reserve Inventory:

Identify whether new Delayed Deliver orders will reserve inventory. The reservation only occurs at time of order creation. Reserved inventory can be assigned on a per channel basis.

Delayed Delivery Min Days:

Enter the minimum number of days that an order may be delayed.

Delayed Delivery Max Days:

Enter the maximum number of days that an order may be delayed.

Delayed Delivery Lead Time:

Enter the number of days prior to delivery date that order should be placed in Ready to Process.

Delayed Delivery Re-Auth Days:

Enter the number of days the delayed delivery cron will attempt to re-authorize. A void will be attempted first before re-authorizing.

Delayed Delivery - Region Wise Lead Time:

The Lead time system settings allow lead time (time before delayed delivery date to put the order into automation) to be set per Shipping Region, or Ship to State.
